Description:
UL3321 hook up wire is made of tinned copper, the insulation is PVC,the conductor is usually 19 strands, elesun cable can produce from 22awg to 1awg to meet different application requirements.
XLPE means Irradiation cross-link PE Easy to lay is another advantage of XLPE cable. XLPE cable has a smaller bending radius, which is lighter than other similar cables and has a simpler terminal handling. Since the XLPE cable is not oil, it is unnecessary to consider the route when laying XLPE cable
Application :
UL style 3321 lead wire is Widely used in aviation, metallurgy, petroleum, electronic equipment, instrumentation, household appliances, transformers and motor lead wire. it can resistant to water, oil, acid, solvent and fungus . The jacket is XLPE ,the rated voltage is 600 voltage, it can be used where temperatures range from -55℃ to +150℃. UL3321 lead wire can also use as internal wiring in appliances that are exposed to oil which does not exceed 105℃ in temperature.

XLPE is the abbreviation of cross-linked polyethylene, polyethylene is a linear molecular structure, easily deformed at high temperatures. The cross-linked polyethylene process makes it into a network structure. This structure, even at high temperatures, has a strong resistance to deformation. XLPE cable material is a kind of organic peroxide containing polyethylene. This peroxide in high temperature and high pressure and inert gas environment, and polyethylene chemical reaction,that is XLPE.
