UL style UL1569 Hook-Up Wire
Description:
UL1569 hook up wire is made of tinned copper, the insulation is PVC,the conductor is usually 19 strands, elesun cable can produce from 22awg to 16awg to meet different application requirements.
Application :
UL style 1569 lead wire is a general-purpose electronic hook up wire, used in the internal wiring of appliances and electronic equipment, it can resistant to water, oil, acid, solvent and fungus.
The jacket is PVC ,the rated voltage is 300 voltage, it can be used where temperatures range from -40℃ to +105℃. UL 1569 lead wire can also use as internal wiring in appliances that are exposed to oil which does not exceed 80℃in temperature.
The difference from UL1007: both types of cable is insulated by PVC but the thickness is different,UL 1569 is thicker, and the rated temperature of UL1007 is 80℃ while the rated temperature of UL1569 is up to +105℃.
The UL1569 lead wire produce by elesun cable is compliant to ROSH and UL758,ASTM standard
