Description:
UL3195 hook up wire is made of tinned copper, the insulation is PVC,the conductor is usually 19 strands, elesun cable can produce from 22awg to 6awg to meet different application requirements.
Application :
UL style 3195 lead wire is a general-purpose electronic hook up wire, used in the internal wiring of appliances and electronic equipment, it can resistant to water, oil, acid, solvent and fungus . The jacket is XLPE (Cross-Linked PE) ,the rated voltage is 600 voltage, it can be used where temperatures range from -20℃ to +125℃. UL3195 lead wire can also use as internal wiring in appliances that are exposed to oil which does not exceed 125℃ in temperature.
Tips: What is XLPE?
XLPE is the abbreviation of cross-linked polyethylene, polyethylene is a linear molecular structure, easily deformed at high temperatures. The cross-linked polyethylene process makes it into a network structure. This structure, even at high temperatures, has a strong resistance to deformation. XLPE cable material is a kind of organic peroxide containing polyethylene. This peroxide in high temperature and high pressure and inert gas environment, and polyethylene chemical reaction,that is XLPE.
